Reblochon Fermier

A washed-rind Alpine cheese with a supple, creamy paste and a rich, nutty, farmyard character. As it ripens it turns gloriously oozy beneath its golden rind. The star of a traditional tartiflette, baked with potatoes, onions and lardons, but also wonderful simply melted over bread. A hearty, soul-warming cheese for cold evenings.
