Online IELTS Instructors (Remote)

🎯 We Are Hiring – Online IELTS Instructors Radar Tour Education is looking for qualified and motivated Online IELTS Instructors to join our growing academic preparation team. We support Algerian students preparing for IELTS and studying in the United Kingdom through pathway and foundation programmes. 📍 Position Type: Remote / Online 📚 Main Responsibilities: • Deliver online IELTS preparation classes • Teach small groups (10–12 students maximum) • Conduct speaking practice sessions • Support students in improving Writing, Speaking, Reading and Listening skills • Assign and review homework • Participate in mock IELTS testing and student evaluation • Help students progress toward IELTS 4.5 – 5.5 targets for UK foundation pathways 🕒 Workload: • 3 groups per instructor • Approximately 27 teaching hours weekly • Additional speaking club sessions ✅ Requirements: • Strong command of English • Good understanding of IELTS structure and scoring • Ability to teach A2–B1 level students • Good communication and classroom management skills • Previous IELTS teaching experience is preferred • Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) is a plus 💰 Compensation: • Fixed monthly salary based on experience and performance • Performance bonus for students who successfully continue their studies and enrol at university 🌍 Why Join Us? • Fully remote work • Structured teaching system • Small class sizes • Long-term growth opportunity • Work with students pursuing international education opportunities in the UK 📩 To apply: Please send your CV to: Subject line: Online IELTS Instructor Application
